Since our humble beginnings on 22/08/2007, Milani has been deeply rooted in the community of 4007 and the wider Brisbane we serve. We believe in supporting local farmers and artisans, which is why we source the freshest, locally-grown ingredients for our gelato. We take pride in sourcing only the highest quality ingredients for our gelato creations and make everything in-house and from scratch. From the luscious fruits to the premium chocolates, each component is carefully selected to guarantee exceptional taste and freshness. Every batch is made and displayed daily.
